SALES POLICY (SHIPPING AND RETURNS) Here at Ava Symone’ Beauty we do our best to ensure good quality products and great customer service.
Prices: All prices are subject to change. Promotional sales are honored within the designated time for that sale.
Shipping: All shipping fees are added with the complete order (flat rate $8.) Allow 7-14 business days for processing orders excluding Major Holidays and weekends. Please Allow there after 2-3 days for shipping and tracking information. All Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email used at check out. Although it may be sooner, we have allowed ourselves time for extra preparation, busy seasons and any obstacles. Domestic shipping only currently.
RETURNS/REFUNDS All sales are final. No refunds. We cannot resale/reuse any used or unused products. All products are made from scratch using natural materials. We cannot take anything back. However, we will gladly come to a resolution for your specific issues. Clear photos and explanations will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Any problems made at the hands of Ava Symone’ Beauty will be corrected. Please be aware of extreme heat/cold weather conditions that can affect the composition for the products, we are not responsible for packages left in heat/cold and are ruined.
